I love feminine, simple, timeless pieces. I like anything that makes me feel "pretty." I don't get carried away with trends and I lean towards pieces that will always be wearable.While all that is true, I think I've always been a little uncomfortable with the "pretty" part of my style statement. I do love to feel and look pretty, but pretty isn't necessarily my first concern. I tend to gravitate towards more casual or effortless pieces first. For example, this skirt:
I'm just much more practical and casual when it comes to my clothes. I'll never be as put together as Rach or as effortlessly chic as Kendi. I'd like to think of myself as a dolled-up beauty queen, but that's just not who I am. The proof is in the pictures.
