Style Statement Tuesday

This week's outfit is a shining example of how I wear some version of last week's outfit a lot. Like, a lot a lot. Maybe too much? Nah.

Shirt: Ann Taylor, Skirt: J.Crew, Scarf: JC Penney, Boots: Target, Watch: Michael Kors

I love this look. I can't get enough of wearing skirts, boots, and scarves this season. It's too easy. I like to choose skirts with classic cuts, but in trendier prints/fabrics. I also like more classic shirts, like button up or tees paired with more interesting scarves. That way I can be true to my "Classic Pretty" style statement without being too boring. BTW, what do you think of our Christmas stockings and my closet door? It was so cold I took these inside. Don't judge me.

    1. Thanks! We don't have a fireplace, so we make do with hanging them on the banister.

    1. Thank you! I was unsure about wearing the skirt and boots with a black top and tights, but I ended up really liking the look.
